An Engineering Graduate, Nikhil ended up in the world of glitz and glamour when he decided to give a shot at modelling, which led him to Mr. North India 2013 Contest. By the time he turned 19, he established Glamanand Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, which organizes fashion events and provides a platform for the aspiring models to live their dreams. In the year 2014, Nikhil created Glamanand Supermodel India, the National Beauty Pageant to crown Indian delegates for the International Beauty Pageants. By 2015 he acquired the franchise of Miss Earth pageant and the franchise of Miss International pageant in the same year making him the youngest National Director in the World owing the franchise of 2 big Pageants. In 2016 he took over Miss Teen International, the biggest Teen Pageant in the World.

Miss Earth India 2018 Nishi Bhardwaj is an agriculture management student from the capital of India, New Delhi who went on to represent India for the Miss Earth pageant in 2018. She was one of the Top 7 finalist in Glamanand Supermodel India 2018 contest. Nishi aims to promote the traditional artworks of India, which are very intricate in nature.
